Jeff Harris has been Board Cerified in Criminal Law by The Florida Bar since 1987 and is Past President of the Florida Association of Criminal Defense Lawyers. He is a former prosecutor, adjunct professor at Nova Southeastern College of Law, and frequent lecturer, practicing law in Federal and State Courts throughout the country with major emphasis in felony trial litigation and criminal appeals.
He has been in private practice in Broward County since 1978, defending many high profile homicides, narcotic and white collar cases primarily in the tri-county area. While a majority of his practice emphasizes felonies, Mr. Harris also has an extensive background in criminal appeals and misdemeanors. Mr. Harris has been court qualified as an expert witness in criminal law by numerous judges, enjoys Martindale-Hubbell's highest AV rating and is listed in Who's Who in American Law and Who's Who International.
